[alac] Briefing call with nomcom envoyees?

Now that we are done with the selection of our "envoyees" to the
nominating committee, we may wish to think about an appropriate way
to brief them.

Possible ways to achieve this include leaving it to the individual
members of this committee to brief the delegates from their
respective regions, or having a conference call with both ALAC and
the delegates.
