[alac] NomCom process
Today on the call there was some discussion on which of these methods to adopt for the selection of NomCom members: 1. Contacting last year's appointees to see whether they would be available 2. Specifically contacting individuals who we think would be fit 3. Asking for suggestions to ALSs 4. Public call open to everyone We have to decide what to do... personally, I don't see the need for a true public call, given the lack of resources and the lower scale of this year's appointments. I'd rather focus on ensuring that we educate the NomCom about the type of members we think would be good for the ALAC. -- .oOo.oOo.oOo.oOo vb.
