What do you want posted on the public schedule for ALAC meetings?  Do 
you want "At-Large Roundtable Discussion" removed from the Monday 
schedule? (<http://www.icann.org/meetings/luxembourg/>)

Do you want "ALAC Meeting" added for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at the 
times indicated below?  Or are some of these internal meetings?

Patrick Shari, ICANN consultant conducting the Strategic Plan 
consultation sessions 
(<http://www.alac.icann.org/announcements/announcement-23jun05.htm>), 
would like to confirm the ALAC's time.  He has set aside time for the 
ALAC on Tuesday 11:00 - 12:00 (the ALAC meeting would need to end 
early.) *Please let me know if this is a problem.  It needs to be 
confirmed today.*

John Jeffrey is available to meet with the ALAC tomorrow (Monday) 
between 10:00 - 12:00.  *Can we confirm 10:00 and start the ALAC 
(public) meeting at 11:00?*

Frank Fowlie, Ombudsman, would like a brief meeting with the ALAC (just 
to check in).  Please indicate your time preference.  The ALAC also 
needs to confirm its meeting with NomCom Chair, George Sadowsky.
