[hans-memorial] Sincere Sympathies

On behalf of the African community, I would like to present our 
sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of Hans 
Kraaijenbrink. His contribution to ICANN and recommendation to the 
Internet community will certainly be missed. I personally remember 
the dinner the ccTLD adcom members had with him in Melbourne, where 
he suggested the separation of the ccTLD from the DNSO. What was only 
an idea then has today become a reality, thanks to his insights.

We wish his relatives and friends comfort in the midst of this pain, 
and present our heartfelt sympathy.
