Compensation for current registrants

Dear all,

first, I was amazed to learn that firstname@lastname.name is a third 
level reservation.
Second, I was wondering if GNR has plans for recompensation of the 
current .name registrants.
Having bought a 3rd-level domain name, a registrant may feel 
uncomfortable with the fact
that his or her reservation is suddenly worth much less when a 
reservation on a 2nd becomes
available. This is especially true for those who have bought a 
10-year-email-forwarding service
that they needed in the context of the 2nd-level mail structure, but is 
now of course
unnecessary now.
