Public Comment Posting Regarding the Draft RFP on sTLDs

Attached please find the comments of The Travel Partnership Corporation (TPC) on the Draft RFP to be Used in the Selection of New Sponsored TLDs.  

The TPC, established solely for the purpose of being a policy advisory organization for the .travel  TLD, is represented by a Board of Directors, which embodies broad geographical and industry-wide diversity.  

At this time, the Board represents airlines, through the International Air Transport Association (IATA); travel agents, through the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) and United Federation of Travel Agent Associations (UFTAA); hotels and restaurants, through the International Hotel & Restaurant Association (IH&RA); national tourism organizations, through the World Tourism Organization (WTO); convention and visitors bureaus, through the International Association of Convention & Visitors Bureaux (IACVB); tour operators, through the European Tour Operators Association (ETOA); cruise lines through the International Council of Cruise Lines (ICCL); the Asian travel and tourism industry through the Pan Asian Travel Association (PATA); and the organization of executive leadership for the industry (whose members are the key players in the world's most influential travel and tourism companies), through the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC).
