In the United States, purchaes made over the internet (bought from out of state) are exempt from sales tax. Let's just liberate the net from all these trademark battles and declare the internet immune from trademark litigation. Anything goes! If a domain is important enough to you, you'll just have to pay attention to the news and be quick about it. I know this will never happen, but it would actually spread some wealth around (heaven forbid). Plus, wouldn't it be in the true spirit of a free market with no government interference?
