-I think whether those gTLD to be introduced or not, all pre-registered gTLD should be void . . All people are egual but some people are more egual than other ?-

With all due respect . your comments quoted above aren't an argument,they are merely an emotional ejaculation.  There are MANY reasons why .web is both justified as a domain, and if it is decided Image Online Design (IOD)is the best registry and/or registrar, pre-registered domains should definitely be accepted. 

"First come, first serve" is inherently more fair than any other system since it rewards those with foresight who were willing to take a risk and spend their money on an uncertain TLD. Domain Lotteries don't create fairness, they create unfairness for fast-thinkers with vision by artificially putting the slow (& envious) on equal footing .  You had the SAME chance everyone else did to register a .WEB domain, but apparently were too slow or near-sighted.  Why should you be rewarded for this?
