I have invested in dot coms AND agree we need more TLD's - sorry to mess your theory. Agree with you 100 per cent - they have been dragging it out for years. Part of the answer is within ICANNS background. Who is making a lot of money out of the litigations, because of shortfall of domains? WIPO.org.uk is nothing to do with WIPO.org.
