Yes, and it was because of them that I chimed in with
my counter-points. I will only bring .web and IOD up again, as required by the illogical
reasoning, fallacious claims and Machiavellian demands of others.
As for what I
intend next. . . well, it has to do with ICANN's policy regarding turning generics
over to complaintants who have trademarks that INCLUDE the word(s) that comprise(s)
the domains.
I mean, really! This is going to get CRAZY when new gTLDs are introduced.
Using the logic of recent rulings, there could be hundreds of complaintants against
EVERY generic domain. Who gets to hijack the domain? The first to file?!
Well,
that is all a part of a future post from me.
