It is VERY clear to me, reading those reports, it is not in the interests of the Internet user or consumer. Big business interest predominates all the way through. What mention of the consumer confusion caused by not including classification and country of trademark? Or do they plan to take domains off the small companies to give it to the globally big ones? i.e. Domino.com taken off Domino Systems Limited UK - to give to the Pizza Empire of same name.
