ICAAN Should Stay Out of the Trademark Business |

ICAAN should NOT be involved in Trademark issues. There
is no way to trademark the word apple or windows. New TLD's should be opened to the
free market. It is the responsibility of the Trademark owner to protect their Trademark.
The sunrise proposal is a scam suggested by lawyers for companies who want to stifle
competition. Network Solutions has done very well letting
companies settle their own trademark disputes.
