New TLDs and Search Engines. |

The situation at hand for me, with the suggestion
of new TLDs is that most search engines require 4 months before they will list
your site. Sure they probably suggest a 2 week window before the spider gets around
to your site, however we all know that it's a lot longer. My point being
that if you force, or create the .shop domains and the first people on their horses
get "icecream.shop" or "mall.shop" or whatever, they will be monetarily rewarded
simply because the end user will be typing in combinations of words that seem
logical. Now who gets first choice at *.shop or others? There are going to be
many lawsuits. I don't see how .shop or .sex will help. Other then
the ability to filter but if you think i'd give up any *.com I own that is in
the top 10 listing of a search engine, ya'll are damn crazy.
