Q19: Would the introduction of additional undifferentiated TLDs result in increased
inter-TLD confusion among Internet users? A19: The confusion arises from the number
of different but similar "strings", not specifically from the TLD or SLD part of
it.
For instance, there is the same potential for confusion between:
"myname.tld1"
vs. "myname.tld2"
and
"myname1.tld" vs. "myname2.tld"
