I would agree with the Names
Council and introduce just a few initially. In fact, since IOD's .web can be seen
as an exception, in the pioneer sense, you could introduce one (IOD's .web) immediately,
and a few after that. IOD would be low risk, since it has years of registry
experience behind it.
