Message:
Please, restrict the gTLDs to three character strings, the ones that will be open to all. This will minimize the confusion this process will bring about. As for chartered TLDs: they will, I presume, be of marginal use and interest, and likely a failure. Let them be what they like. One character gTLDs should be avoided, as they can hardly be meaningful.
