Perhaps that is what is "apparent" to you.  However, what is "apparent" to me is that you are clever but not too bright.  Your point is anything but one, instead it is a poorly cloaked ad hominem attack.  This is not surprising considering people like yourself enter forums as important as this one and post anonymously.  What are you hiding?  Surely not your identity?  At least the good "professor" was kind enough to post under his real name mr. "bigtymer"...  ;-)  As for the Large Corporations... well, as in the case of Microsoft - it's possible to get too big for your own good.  In a truly free market, corporations would have no escape to a prejudiced UDRP friend.  They'd either have to fight it out in court, or actually PAY for something for a change.
