A comment period of less than7 days is generally regarded as insufficient
time to support the claim that the community has had a reasonable
opportunity to comment on a policy paper. Please advise ICANN Staff that
they must allow for that as a minimum timeframe in future, or they can
expect systematic rejection of all papers that are presented, regardless of
the merits of the policies.
