ALAC;

Recent efforts in a separate venue to formalize an organization
purporting to represent "Individual Internet Users" is still stumbling
over trivia and power grabbing while unable to even begin drafting any
form of By-Laws. What progress is being made in the ALAC for any such
representation? I can find no listing for North America/US yet see that
six structures have been recently added for various other parts of the
world. Where is the US effort and how can something concrete get
started for portions of the US? I have a number of fellow participants
and we are interested in working within the ALS beginning as soon as
possible. Your timely response would be an indication of the
seriousness of ICANN's intent to involve all Internet individuals.

Sincerely,

Jeff Holt
