There are several threshholds that a self-nominee has
to overcome to get there (e.g, 10%, etc.). I appears that it would be statistically
unlikely that a self-nominated candidate to be at an equal footing in the final election,
and who is precluded from otherwise available benefits to Committee Nominees (i.e.,
having similar access and resources, as provided by the ICANN, to Committee Nominees).
Please revise rules to reflect an equal access to ICANN's resources by all final
candidates (Nominees and Self-nominated) Nestor Los Angeles, California, USA (Dual
Citizen: USA / El Salvador; married to a beautiful Mexican).
