Question to Applicants. How many of you had seen the following
ICANN statements prior to sending in your application? (respond
to dansokol@woz.org)

"Report (Part One) of Working Group C (stating that "most
[Working Group C] members felt than an initial commitment to
many more that 6-10 [new TLDs] would not be operationally
sound.")."

"Cf. Report (Part One) of Working Group C (recommending that
"ICANN should begin the deployment of new gTLDs with an
initial rollout of six to ten new gTLDs, followed by an evaluation
period.")."

This information does not appear in any of the gTLD application
documents. It definitely was NOT stated as a policy until today.
(Stated GOALS are stated POLICY!)

Over 140 requests were made for new gTLD's. Each of the 44
applicants spent over $100,000 ($50K to ICANN, and at least
$50K on attorneys and consultants) to file their applications.

There may be a reasonable case for deliberate fraud on the part
of ICANN. I would like to discuss this with the other applicants -
offline.
