I am remiss in reading the ICANN agenda, but wondering if the seating of the new board members is the last action before closing the proceedings. If not, the new members could possibly make a motion to reconsider any decisions it felt were not adequately thought out by the previous board...then again, what would the chances be of such a motion passing?
