Fair and open doesn't apply
here. Other applicants, with representative(s) inside the ICANN offices on
a daily basis, give a defacto presentation, daily. Just the presence of an
applicant's representative, board member, or employee, within the ICANN offices,
must have some impact on others within those same offices, simultaneously.
At this point, IOD should be meeting with ICANN, for hours at a time, to level
the playing field. I am preregistered to attend the November meetings, and
was planning to voice my opinions in the public comment forum, Wednesday, November
15. Whatever time I am entitled to, please credit that amount of time to Chris
Amblers' allotted time. I gladly waive the rights to my allotted time, as long
as it is credited to Chris Ambler/IOD. 3 minutes for a company that ponied-up $50,000.00.
