"Joe Georgia Shrimp Shack" should be a .com.  In the future economy, Joe Georgia Shrimp Shack should be able to sell shrimp to anyone who wants to buy it, whether or not they live in Georgia.  Joe Georgia Shrimp Shack may want to grow into an international chain.  Are you going to deny them one of the keys to that success?

If you want to grow your business, and compete in the internet economy of the future, you better be prepared to expand with a good generic TLD, such as .com, .web, etc.  This is true no matter what product you sell.
