      The IPC evaluation of the personal domain name category pretty much suggests that .per and .name have very unsatisfactory policies. Dot per seems to have gotten "U" across the board. Looks like .nom and .i will be strong contenders to win this category.
Personally, I think the dot i people will probably do a much better job than CORE of proliferating the use of personal domain names. They seem to have given a lot of thought to creating a naming convention that seems equitable and inexpensive.
