I believe that ICANN is trying to make-up new trademark laws as they go. If
you have a established trademark like Kodak or Coca-Cola then you have LEGAL rights
to your name under us trademarking laws. I feel you give them rights to only
their TM name, but not related or product research names like CocaColaRed.web or
KodakYellow.web. Their rights only go so far under the law and I feel ICANN
is giving them far to much under the Sunrise Period.
