Three is not enough. It will only produce 3 instant
monopolies. Personally I support the addition of hundreds. But, as a compromise am
willing to settle for 10 as a short "test-bed" to see the effects of adding them.The
addition of 10 without the promise to add hundred more in the next 3 - 5 years will
only make things worse. If we do not commit to rolling out hundreds of names then
we will just create new monopolies. I just feel that 3 will not be enough to gauge
the effect on the Internet as a whole.
