The premeditated abuse committed by Verisign's mismanagement of the root DNS system has caused huge financial losses to be incurred by an almost unimaginable number of companies and individuals worldwide. Fulfill your obligations to the public and immediately revoke all agreements, licenses, and authority granted to Verisign related to management of DNS root servers. Transfer its DNS root-related authority and operations to another organization, to be determined ASAP by majority vote of ICANN members after a review of qualified bids submitted by any other currently authorized domain name registrar.
