[wildcard-comments] typo-catching wildcard considered harmful

Dealing purely with the technical issues, I've written an Internet-Draft
concerning typo-catching wildcards.  It can be found at

Quite independent of the technical issues, Verisign's creation of these
wildcards is unethical.  They do not have the right to add arbitrary
records to the COM and NET zones; by creating these wilcards they
misrepresent the contents of the COM and NET registries.  They are unfit
to provide registry services for these zones, and should be replaced as
soon as is technically feasible.
