[wildcard-comments] IDP for Verisign

Verisign only agreed to suspend their destructive and disruptive wildcard 
"service" after it became clear that they would face legal action if they did 
not. Clearly this company cannot be trusted to fulfill their obligations. The 
stability of the entire Internet is far too valuable to be held in the hands of 
a company which displays such callous disregard for its responsibilities.
