Connection

I recently installed a firewall and observed that the computer tried to
connect to 90.106.211.207 which comes back to you. Connection was blocked.

This was on port 137.

I am curious why this happened since this particular computer had never
been used on the Internet until two days before I set the firewall,
ConSeal, and I had never even heard of you that I can remember.

Any ideas?
