Yes the current Cooperative Draft that is commonly now referred to as the
ICANNDraft of bylaws and articles of incorporation is indeed bizarre indeed,
especially in the
light of the IFWP consensus's were and are in stark contrast to that Draft.
Also
especially in the light that there is specifically NO Membership Organization
initially. This would seem to fly in the face of the White Paper.

It sure is Litigation bait. In fact for over a month now we have been
accumulatinga rather substantial legal fund (Now about $8m) in the case that
there is not a
final compliance with the requirements with the White Paper and the IFWP
consensus.
Anyone whom wishes to contribute to that fund may contact me directly Via E-Mail

or by Phone at 972-447-1894 for details.

This is certainly a profound and accurate statement if I have ever heard one.

According the the Cook Report and interview that Gordon did with Ira, it
seemsthat quite a few names have been floated to Ira already. I am quite sure
that
there will be more over the next few days to be sure. Most of which will be
part of the "Good ole BOy " group that has been attempting to Capture this
organization proposed from the very beginning.

Unless they are voted upon by a initial Membership or the stakeholders, ALLof
them that wish to participate, they will be is some significant legal trouble.

This was done some months ago on this very list. Review archives for more
details.
