to whom it may concern
while i am all for stability in the dot com arena, i feel that it is of the 
utmost importance that the cost of renewing dot com domain names should be kept 
to the minimum feasible amount required for operation.
seeing that there are millions of dot com's and the number of registrations is 
only increasing there should be little if any need for price increase of 
registration or renewal of dot com domain names.
i urge icann and verisign to have wording in any new agreement or extension of 
any existing agreement to limit the renewal and registration price of dot com 
domain names
