Comment of Viet Nam to the Release of Country and Territory Names within .caravan, .art and .softbank TLDs

Dear ICANN,
Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) - .VN ccTLD manager 
received ICANN's notice for releasing of Country and Territory Names for 
.caravan, .art and .softbank. Viet Nam don't support the use of country and 
territory names, which currently reserved under Section 4 of Specification 5 of 
the Registry Agreement.
We (.VN ccTLD manager) request ICANN to continue the reservation of country and 
territory names as well as the two character label strings specified in the ISO 
3166-1 alpha-2 standard. Any request for releasing the two character label 
strings and country and territory names as all level domain in gTLDs (include 
of New gTLDs) must go through the process of the written request from ICANN and 
gTLG's registries and only be released with the approval letter from Vietnam's 
Government through the GAC representative.
