Please continue to allow WHOIS details to be shielded from the public by
proxies.

The companies and individuals who claim they are victims of trademark
infringement or other grievances due to malicious registrations already
have avenues of recourse. Trademark owners have the ability to register
their trademarked domains during the sunrise phase of global top level
domains, before regular citizens can. In addition, they have legal avenues
of recourse after the sunrise period. If the current powers for obtaining
domain registrant's information are not strong enough, find some way to
make them better, but don't just dump the personal information of everyone
who has ever registered a domain (for private or commercial purposes) onto
the internet, and please make sure courts are still involved in the
information retrieval process. If companies are able to harass domain
owners at will, they will likely end up abusing that power. Please protect
the personal information of domain owners, and make sure the interactions
between companies and domain holders are fair and legal.

Thank you for your time.
