Concerning the proposed change to proxy domain registration: the Internet is 
many things, but at its core is devoted to the concept of individuals sharing

very real barrier to the free flow of information as it strip the barrier of 
privacy away. Keep private data private, and allow existing laws and legal 
process to govern potential needs for exposing this data.
