Please do not do this. It's a bonkers idea that will expose literally millions 
of people to unwanted scrutiny. It will have a chilling effect on the nature of 
the internet and will prevent people from criticising anything due to fear of 
repercussion. Women's shelters, whistleblower sites, sites which promote 
unpopular opinions, all of these will be harder to register, maintain and feel 
secure about running if whois privacy is removed.

If the content industry needs to see who's running a copyright infringing 
website, they can get a court order to unmask the information.
