Dear ICANN,
Political "rights" need to come before commercial "rights".
Whistle blowing and anonymous political speech need to be protected to
the greatest degree possible.
All policy choices will be "wrong" in certain infrequently encountered
and difficult to pre-define circumstances.
The best choice for personal and political Liberty is to keep the
current system.
