I oppose making it easier to unmask domain ownership. There already exist
mechanisms to acquire domain ownership information; the goal of these new rules
(in the Initial Report on the Privacy & Proxy Services Accreditation Issues
Policy Development Process) is to make it easier to harass domain owners. That
is not desirable.
