I have read details of this report.
It would be a massive mistake to allow any member of the public to access
personal details of site managers. ICANN would have real blood (not figurative)
on its hands in that event.
I strongly urge ICANN to not introduce new measures that would increase the
risk of harm to innocent site managers.
