Save Domain Privacy - Don't help oppressive regimes and terrorists

In my opinion, the proposal to regulate and limit Domain Privacy is a very bad 
idea. In many parts of the world, people are not free to speak their minds. In 
China, criticizing the regime will land you in jail. In Russia, writing 
articles in favor of gay marriage will get you arrested. In large parts of Iraq 
and Syria, commenting on the atrocities committed by ISIS will get you shot, 
tortured or decapitated. 
 
If ICANN passes this proposal and limits Domain Privacy, than ICANN will 
effectively be supporting oppressive regimes and terrorist organizations such 
as ISIS. Please do not make it easier for these oppressive regimes and 
terrorists to identify and target the brave men and women who risk their lives 
by writing and blogging about what goes on in those dangerous parts of the 
world. 
 
Also, people who earn a living or some beer money using a domain name should 
not be denied their right to Domain Privacy.
