Protect WHOIS anonymity
WHOIS anonymity must be protected. The IP of large corporations does not have privilege over the First Amendment or the protection of website registrants from physical, verbal, and legal harassment. As the case of Charles Carreon shows, WHOIS identification can all too easily be abused. |
