Dear ICANN,

Dot Latin LLC, the .UNO Registry, ,hereby submits its comments on the
proposed Registry Agreement changes.

Under Specification 4, Section 2.1.2 of the Registry Agreement, registry
operators are required to ensure that CZDS requests contain all of the
following information:
* Company Name;
* Company Contact Name (first and last);
* Company Address, including Street, City, State, Postal Code and Country;
* Phone #;
* Fax #;
* Email address; and
* IP Address(es).
Rarely do requestors have or use a fax number anymore so making a fax # a
required field is no longer appropriate and ICANN Compliance has noted that
registry operators should not deny a CZDS zone file access request due to
the mere fact that the fax number is not present. Therefore, I recommend
removing Fax # as a required data point under Spec 4, 2.1.2.

I would also add that it would be greatly appreciated if ICANN would require
mandatory fields, consistent with Spec 4, 2.1.2, when users create a CZDS
account so that when these users make a zone file request, all relevant
fields are present. This would save registry operatorĀ¹s time in reviewing
and approving only bona fide requests that contain all the necessary
information, as required under Spec 4 2.1.2.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Desiree Boxberger
