Proposed new gTLDs

Not only are additional gTLDs unnecessary, they will also present an
untenable burden on businesses trying to defend their trademarks against
malicious or unauthorized use as domain names.  Until controls are put
in place or new procedures devised that will give trademark owners an
immediate cost-free resolution to disputed domain names, these new gTLDs
should not be implemented.
