ICANN,
I fully support ICANN's draft EOI/Pre-registration model. A fee of
$55,000, mandatory EOI apps for all those who apply for new gltds,
making public all string and applicant information and a communication
campaign comprehensively cover all that is needed by ICANN for moving
forward with new gltd applications and and new gltds.
If this goes through, ICANN will certainly put its money where its
mouth is in terms of how they work with the community and the decision
making processes of ICANN. Thank you for this opportunity to comment.
