hi all,

here's the status-report for the week.  with the addition of a "Milestones" 
column which we can use to structure the work between now and Prague.  i've 
sketched a few in there, but pay them no mind until the Ops group has had a 
chance to look them over.  we're beginning the "go fast" phase of our work.  :-)
