hi all,

here's a 1st-draft version of a little worksheet that attempts to crush the
whole risk-assessment framework down into one page, which can then be used to
create compound-sentence risk-scenarios.

the first tab provides sketchy instructions on how to fill out the sheet, the
next two tabs (I5 and I6) provide a place to create a compound-sentence
risk-scenario, the rest of the tabs are subsidiary tables that drive the first
two. to keep confusion at a minimum, i'd suggest that you create one sheet per
scenario, even though it is theoretically possible to create two scenarios in
each sheet (an adversarial one and a non-adversarial one).

this is a first-look test drive version -- full of bugs, errors and confusion
no doubt. feel free to comment. :-)
