Subject: [gnso-idn-wg] Planning for a joint GNSO/ccNSO/GAC IDN Workshop in
Lisbon

Dear IDN WG members,

As you are aware, ICANN is planning on holding an interactive IDN workshop to
focus on overlapping IDN policy issues.

I would like to invite WG members to plan on actively participating in this
workshop, which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, March 28 from 5:30-7:30pm
local time, and will be in the main room, with an accompanying webcast session.

Please indicate via an email to me, cc'ing Glen and Tina whether you will be in
Lisboa, and whether you will be at this workshop.

The plan is to work through the IDN reports from our WG as well as from the
ccNSO/GAC WG, and identify key overlapping issues that can be focused on in the
session.

I will act as a moderator for the workshop, and will introduce these topics.
After each topic introduction, there will be open microphone and open panel
discussion.

There will be keyboards and screens available for both the workshop
participants and the panel members to enter their concerns, ideas, issues with
each policy issues. (staff will be available on and off stage to assist with
entering information if there are any issues with using the software).

The software will generate a report that will be published as outcome of the
session and hopefully work well for continuing work.

Regards,

Ram
