thanks for saving me all that drafting time.  here's a copy of what we came up 
with today


Dispute resolution mechanisms


    Document informal AND formal mechanisms
        Informal mechanisms
            more attractive
            faster/easier
        Formal mechanisms
            used as last resort
            data suggests that they're rarely used
            reasons for low use
