[gnso-osc] OSC Meeting on Sunday, 1 Mar 2009

I must give apologies for this meeting as I have a conflict with the
restructuring DT at the same time.

Only thought on the meetings of the OSC is that I see little need for us
to meet until we see concrete proposals coming from the work teams. At
that point we will have an oversight, coordination role.

I sat in on part of the comms teams today and they proposed some sensible
edits to their charter. My view is that should send it to us for info and
objections, not approval. Lets empower down to the action teams.
